Now the reply is "SORRY, SYSTEM FAILURE, DVD WAS NOT DISPATCHED" Guess these guys can do with some serious investment in SYSTEMS & CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE if they want to be a leading online rental service. All of a sudden netflix (entirely webbased) came in..

It promoted competetion and hollywood video and blockbuster videos are in a “reinventing” phase…
blockbuster came with idea … order from anywhere return any where..
means u can order thru net or get it from a shop..and return via post or walkin
